CIVIL CHILDREN
Children's services are developing in step with changes in society. Local authorities, through their skills and public services geared towards children, are among the first intermediaries for families when it comes to the education, extra-curricular care and development of their children. Ciril GROUP's CIVIL Enfance offering, built around a single Family File, supports local authorities in this role.
Manage all school-related matters using CIVIL Enfance's one-stop shop: registration, admission and assignment of children to classes; control and monitoring of their schooling; exemptions and deletions; supervision of pedagogical upscaling (headcount and forecast schedules), etc.
CIVIL Enfance offers comprehensive and coherent management of school affairs; CIVIL Enfance also communicates with the French Education Ministry's Onde database to facilitate exchanges with school administrations.

CIVIL ELECTIONS
Political elections are key moments in French democratic life. Managing electoral processes and polling stations is a heavy responsibility for town halls, which must do everything in their power to enable every voter to express his or her political opinion at the polls. Ciril supports town halls in this mission with its complementary solutions CIVIL Elections, approved by Insee, and GEO Elections from Ciril GROUP.
Prepare for elections with peace of mind. CIVIL Elections covers the entire electoral process: management of registrations, modifications and deregistrations; electoral processing, revision and recasting; setting up electoral commissions and issuing associated documents; management of personnel mobilized during elections, analysis and proclamation of results, etc.

CIVIL Elections communicates with the French government for the transmission of electoral results, and implements automated communications with INSEE to facilitate and optimize the work of users.
In addition to all the statutory reports and statistics, CIVIL Elections integrates management documents and a multi-criteria querier for querying all data.
Use a single, reliable and secure point of contact to process all voter requests made at the town hall and online: consultation of voter files, voter list registration, registration of card movements and returns, management of proxies, issue of attestations, and more.
CIVIL Elections interfaces perfectly with INSEE; it also communicates with La Poste for notification of voters' changes of address.
Analyze and make informed decisions. Manage your polling stations and electoral precincts using the many cartographic, analytical and decision-making tools offered by Ciril GROUP, across the board and for all CIVIL and GEO users.
Enhance CIVIL Elections with Ciril GROUP's GEO Elections cartographic module to geolocate your polling stations and geo-analyze your electoral precincts, but also simulate a redistribution by redrawing your electoral precincts directly on the map.

CIVIL STATUS CIVIL STATUS
As the guarantor of a citizen's identity, civil registration is the cornerstone of French public administration. Municipalities are responsible for the day-to-day management of this system, registering, updating and transmitting records throughout people's lives. To support town halls in this essential mission, Ciril GROUP offers CIVIL État civil, a complete solution built around the tools of its partner Digitech.
From the registration of births to the management of military census, CIVIL État civil enables the smooth, secure and regulation-compliant management of all civil status procedures, in liaison with Insee, Comedec, other municipalities and citizen platforms.
Ciril GROUP integrates its partner Digitech's CityWeb solution for the complete management of civil status files: digital and digitized records, mentions and notices of mentions, ancillary documents, forms, correspondence, press releases, etc., in compliance with the IGREC instruction.
Search, consult, create, edit, annotate, rectify and validate certificates (births, acknowledgements, marriages, deaths) and Pacs; exchange your civil status files with other communes; track and manage the processing of your civil status files using dashboards with alerts.
CityWeb interfaces with CIVIL Elections; CityWeb guarantees the reliable and secure exchange of registrations between communes; CityWeb communicates with the Comedec platform and Insee for the transmission of your civil status certificates and Pacs files.
