Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a central commitment at Ciril GROUP, shaping our activities and our interactions with our ecosystem.

Structuring and approaches
To turn these intentions into reality, we have adopted a structured and collaborative approach:
- 9 specializedcommissions, made up of volunteer employees, explore and act on a variety of strategic themes. These commissions maximize the impact of our CSR approach, while offering everyone the opportunity to contribute.
- A supervisory committee ensures the coherence and relevance of the projects undertaken. This structure enables each employee to contribute his or her ideas, values and energy, while forming part of a meaningful collective dynamic. Together, we are building a company that acts for the common good while embodying the values of Ciril GROUP.
